What we collect

Email (for sign-in), the CV file you upload, and the profile fields you confirm during onboarding. As you use Bench we record which matches you saved, applied to, or skipped. That’s how the ranking gets better for you.

What we don’t do

• · We don’t sell, rent, or share your CV.
• · We don’t auto-apply to roles on your behalf.
• · We don’t DM, email, or InMail anyone using your account.
• · We don’t scan your inbox or read your email replies.

Where your data lives

Your CV file is stored on Supabase storage with row-level security. Profile data lives in a Postgres database we operate on Supabase. Only the employers you explicitly apply to see your shortlisted profile.

Your controls

You can update your profile, replace your CV, or delete your account at any time from your profile page. Account deletion removes your CV file, profile, and swipe history within 30 days.
