Where do your candidates come from?+
Our hiring network: Indian students and engineers who’ve signed up to Bench, uploaded a CV, and confirmed what they’re looking for. Each one is pre-vetted before reaching your shortlist.
What if no one’s a fit?+
You don’t pay anything. Our model is pure pay-on-hire. If the first shortlist doesn’t click, we send a second cohort. No extra fee.
What’s the replacement policy?+
14-day window from joining. If the candidate drops out or doesn’t work out within 14 days of joining, we replace them at no additional cost.
Do you handle interview scheduling?+
We can. Once you mark a candidate Interested, we coordinate the first round. You can also DM the candidate directly via the dashboard.
Do you have a self-serve dashboard with all candidates?+
Not yet. We’re intentionally human-curated for now. If you want a self-serve search tool, we can chat about a custom arrangement.
Are you GST-registered?+
Yes. Invoices come from CodeSpaze, MSME-registered, GST-compliant.
